Anyways I really want to read some Spyro fanfiction, preferably Classic or at least with a few Classic characters. Has anyone here read good ones or written any themselves?

I don't remember some good ones I used to read, nowadays none of them really are my cup of tea. When they're not straight up bad wish fulfillment, of course.

It appears most of them nowadays are about Skylanders, which is to be expected. I did try my hand at a choose your own adventure type story and I based it off Spyro 2. It's here if you want to read it. It's very short, though. It might take like 5 minutes to read.

I don't look for Spyro Fanfiction, so unfortunately I don't know of any.

It's actually kind of tricky to find a good Classic fanfiction nowadays. I happen to be writing some real weird AHT one, but it's private right now. It'd be nice to read one again. :)

Same to be honest; scared of cringy characters and coming across smut o.O

smut is usually warned for. just keep an eye on the fic rating, the synopsis, and the characters involved. ao3 has icons that tells what kind of pairing(s) will happen and very good warnings/ratings for content. have read lots of spyro fic and never encountered smut outside of adult-only sites (and once on ao3 but it's labeled).
