Missing vehicle mods from pit crews. [CLOSED]

I hope I'm not the only one having this problem, but anyone else here got a vehicle mod tool box for a different vehicle and it shows you have that mod in the blueprints, but you can't use it? I'm not sure what to do.

Take ownership of the vehicle, remove it from the portal and put it back.

Thanks, I didn't know what to do. It would have been a waste of tool boxes. My goal is to find all vehicle mods.
