I agree with this.

I don't want to come off as mean, but I haven't had enough evidence from irl to believe that Windumup truly thinks he's female. I mean, there was a time when I was younger when I was like "humph, nobody, likes me, I wish I was a girl! girls have it easy!!"
That's basically a direct quote from 9 year old me, but I just think Windumup is really confused, liking feminine things doesn't mean you're female, and there are still feminine males who identify as male.
