^ ^So yeah it's not the right answer. Calling things Pokémon just because of multiple subspecies is hilariously short sighted, though I do wish there was more traditional RPG elements to the battling than spending all points on attack/magic and quickness.

They don't exactly have adequate servers to be open for users all the time, so instead they open up registration every so often when they feel they can handle it.

Uhuh.... and what exactly is leading you to jump to these conclusions? It's nothing to do with fetishes or porn. If anything it's a form of Neopets catered to dragons. You just buy/sell/breed dragons, dress them up, then feed them every day. There's a coliseum for battle, but that's really just more or less a simplistic form of Pokemon Showdown.

I just thought it was funny that they posted it twice!

Don't know yet. The admins will announce it when they're ready to do one again. There truly isn't much of a regular time for it. Often times, it'll feel like there'll be one about every month, but that's not always true; they may skip a few months.

Just be patient and we will let you know as soon as a registration period is announced.

That's not always true. If there was one around then, it'd likely have been announced already. They do announce them what feels like a little less than a week in advance then they last about a day or 2. There isn't always one every month, but there usually is.
