The word "parasite" has a negative connotation which makes it popular for those kind of unsavory arguments.

There's still a large difference in a parasite (who rely on their host for life) and a human being (or any other baby that grows in a womb).

Yes in a sense, they feed off the host without giving anything in return, but not to the point where the host is negatively affected which true parasitic organisms do.

Well a fetus it kind of a kid and by the dictionary definition a kid is a parasite so yes, a fetus is indeed a parasite.

Yes. If it take nutrients away from you while draining you from the outside (Like a Leech) or inside, then it should a parasite. At least they're a more welcomed parasite than most.
