SPOILERS:

I can't be the only one who feels like the fear of Jangles the Clown is a metaphor for Riley getting molested by the clown at her birthday party.

It's also been suggested that Riley's mother has depression because Sadness is in charge in her mind, and her father has anger management problems because Anger is in charge in his mind.



Pretty deep movie.

Go see it, its a really good movie and has an interesting concept too. See it as soon as possible or get it on DVD(I believe it's out in October).

What the hell? That's an insane theory. I doubt it. The clown didn't act mean or anything (From my memory) just wanted to entertain.


As for the parents emotions, I doubt it. Maybe, but the parents aren't developed enough. I think their emotions are just more mature and in control of themselves.
