for our generation it's almost as easy as breathing, but for older people it's a struggle. i talked to a 60 year old women, and she has no clue to even look stuff up on the web..what makes the internet so intuitive to us, but so hard for older people to comprehend how it works? and do you think when we become older as well, will we have a hard time with future technology?

We grew up with it, so all the exposure we have to it results in us being naturally better with the internet.

I feel like we may have a harder time with technology in the future though, just like adults do now. I mean I see toddlers playing with iPads and stuff now, so by the time new stuff comes out they'll probably know how to use all of that quite well, just like how we work so well with the technology we have now. I suppose it really depends on the technology too, though. But if worse comes to worst, I'll just be one of those adults who asks for help from a young whippersnapper.
Well, when you think about it the internet isn't really an intuitive system. You wouldn't know how it works unless you've done it before, much like you don't know how to drive a car before you do it.
