Yep, he's right. I'm not sure if I want to spend 10 bucks more just to have two trophies at the end. And I know if I buy this one first, then there's no reason for buying the regular one. But I have to get the regular one! Let's just wait and see.

The Legendary Variant look pretty good I have to say......and I normally hate legendary variants (that color scheme is atrocious on 90% of the figures they choose). It also gives a much needed pallet variety to Light figures. I will probably get both and sell the extra trophy which plenty of people will be wanting for the tracks and extra racers.

Well, I know what sky pack I'm getting first now.

I'm sorta on a low budget, so I need to keep my purchases few and far between, and this fulfills three needs: the need for a Sky vehicle, for progress towards my Legendary collection, and for being able to race as one of the best (and, dare I say, most modest) characters in the series.

They are batting 1000 on releasing variants before the regular version. A bit interesting is why they think they can justify this much of a price swing. Oh yeah, between the content being exclusive, Wolfgang, light etc....THAT'S WHY. They are going to amp up the greed until we just say no.

I may be hyped about this, but I can totally wait until the first day of October.

I'm going to help my dad with LOTS of stuff so I can earn money for that. I NEED MY FAVORITE CHARACTER EARLY AND MY FAVORITE VEHICLE I DON'T CARE IF THEY AREN'T THE NORMAL VERSION I WANT HIM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

I don't plan on buying all the variants, and I'll get this one since it's coming out earlier than the normal version. I do think the legendary paint job looks good on Astroblast though, which is a plus.

Er, you realize that it's $45 canadian dollars, right? And CAD doesn't directly translate to USD. Chances are it'll be the exact same price that Toys R Us is currently selling the Sea pack for right now.

I like the legendary sun runner better but definitely regular astroblast better. I guess I'll wait for the regular

No link, but I was just at TRU and they showed me the release list, and it did say "SKY Superchargers L Racing Sky Pack", or something like that.

I did one chase to Target to check on Wave 2. Outside of that, I stayed my butt here. Not enough consistency to warrant going to my places.

I doubt. It says "Sky Trophy", not "Legendary Sky Trophy". If the Magic Items/Location Pieces/these things are in-game variants, it says in the box.

Of course it was believable, all she said was "it was on the release list". We already knew that. I'm talking about the date. It was claimed in the very first post that it would be release on the 1st. I'm looking for some verification of the DATE, not the release we knew was happening at some point obviously.

With all the faulty "Walmart has dual packs" type information, we need some concrete release info from multiple sources.
