User Activity, I mean. I remember back in the day the post count was just unreal, there were 30 users on at a time and trends would spread like the black plague. now everything seems...sleepy, and not the user.

Am I just nostalgic or is forum=22 slowly dying?

I don't know, but I'm way less interested in the site than I used to be. It's a lot more boring.

Yeah things are getting slower with school starting for most of us.

Well the school year just started for a lot of people, and some of the older users are attending school and/or have jobs, so..

Oh yeah, I made a wheel to decide what drama would be next in S&N. Here's a link to it. It pretty much contains every single thing I could think of that would classify as drama in S&N.

That's just what I've noticed, at least. Personally I had a lot of fun on the site in 2011 and 2012 (when i was but an innocent red/green/blue sparx), but slowly things are losing their shine for me, ya know?

It seems to be quite slower than usual, there's so little activity that I'm getting bored and going on other sites :/

I almost feel like this is partly my fault for moderating stuff meaning less/faster drama.

I do notice it when I compare it to a year ago.

Well, I don't completely agree with this. If you what excitement then try to make an interesting topic. The Empire Wars was a personal fave but still.

things tend to go by slower during the summer... and it could be retrospection being a pain as well.

drama tends to happen before the summer, during it, or when everyone's going back to school, depends on stress levels of most users sometimes, but it varies. then again, i'm not paying much attention, maybe something's changed or shifted in some way.

but i remember times when the forums were so much slower than now. ah...

the new game is coming soon so it should start getting weird activity, soon. expect some things about the game leaking into this forum, as typically. who knows!

to add onto my previous thoughts, i also think it's a result of less drama and s&n in general becoming ehh, less interesting to say the least.

back then, s&n had that weird feeling to it because of how exotic it was to the rest of the site. it somehow combined the pandemonium of a circlejerk subreddit and order of any regular forum and combined them into one, which made into a very interesting mesh of both chaos and order, a mesh which is still loved today by the sites users.

with every passing day though, the topics in s&n capture my attention even less and less. i feel though that s&n topics are losing what made them, well, s&n topics.

this probably sounds like a bunch of nonsense to most of you out there but whatever.
