"Oh my gosh Silon..." Spark sighed.

Novul looked at the others "I think I know what he's doing" He said

"Being friendly with killer snakes?" Chimera asked.

"Yeah... Lets all play with the poisonous snakes. Good idea." Vexx said sarcastically.

"Nothing has led us to believe they are poisonous, and he is trying to play along" Novul said

"So, how about it?" Silon asked

(Oops.)

Chimera looked skeptical.

"No. That's absolutely crazy." Spark said. "Did you see the poison?"

"No, I was more worried about my brother" Novul said

"Well?" Silon asked

(Why did no one tell me?)

"Yeah, not trusting them." Chimera said.

"Sorry. Lets scare them off." Frost said

"Frost, fear is a powerful weapon. It can do a lot of evil" Novul said

"So, what do you say?" Silon asked

(I was wondering where you were EB.)

"It can do good in the right paws." Chimera replied.

"Yeah, lots of good." Frost said

"What is good for some, is horrible for others. Fear is too powerful" Novul said

Silon looked at the snakes "Want to play?"

"No playing!" Flash roared.

The snakes all made noises of fear and quickly slithered away.

Silon and Novul looked at Flash with some anger before running after the snakes

"What the hell! Get back here!" Flash yelled.

A deep roar was heard from deep in the cave

Chimera sighed, "That nievity will kill them." She and the others began to follow.

"Wait, we won't hurt you" Novul said as they caught up to the snakes

(I honestly wouldn't be following them if I were you.)

The snakes all started to slither quickly to a very dark part of the cave where there was no light. It was pitch black.

A pair of big, red, piercing snake eyes opened in the darkness. A loud hiss was heard coming from it.

Novul and Silon stopped "We don't want trouble, we just want to find the way out. We're sorry about how our friends acted" Silon said

(Someone's got to save their scales.)

Chimera had went ahead of the others and caught up to the duo, "You two ... oh boy." Chimera said, then noticing the new problem.

"Fooooood." A hiss was heard from where the eyes were.

Vexx ran up to the two. "Are you both suicudal? Lets get going!" He said dragging them away.

Novul and Silon turned around and picked up Vexx, running as fast as they could "We tried something other than fear at least. That's what caused this" Silon said as they ran carrying Vexx

(Question, how can Silon pick up Vexx, especially when Vexx is already dragging him?)

Chimera brought up the rear, moving just as quickly as the others.

(Ummm... Lets revise this.)

(They turned around and started running)

"WHAT THE HELL IS THAT!" Gaia yelled as they ran.

"The snake that was in the pictures probably!" Flash replied

The others were with them. "Whatever that is, we need to get out, now!" Careena replied, leading the way out of the tunnels.

Silon and Novul ran for their lives

"Anyone know the way out?!" Flash yelled

"No!" Careena replied, desperately looking for the way out.

"Then we make one" Novul said before shooting a fireball at a wall. But it did nothing

Mark nodded. "Great idea!" He ran straight at a wall and the rock parted as he ran.

The others were right behind, with Chimera bringing up the rear.

Novul and Silon ran as fast as they could

The rock was closing in behind the group as they ran through the wall.

The snake was no longer behind them.

(Not quite sure what to say.)

Silon and Novul panted as they stopped "That wouldn't have happened if you guys didn't scare them!" Silon said

"At least nobody got hurt" Novul said

"That wouldn't have happened if you ran after them!" Flash said

"Exactly." Chimera growled, agreeing with Flash.

(Unfortunately EB, Novul and your Silon are gonna end up at the receiving end of all this. One shouldn't trust killer snakes, even if they seem friendly.)

(Like pedophiles! They try to give you free candy but instead they kidnap you and use you as a sex slave! And sell you on the black market!)

(Not what I was thinking ...)

(That escalated quickly)

"We were raised to treat everyone with kindness" Silon said

"Sometimes kindness gets you killed." Flash said

"That is true." Careena nodded.

"We're sorry, its just who we are..." Silon said as he sat down and cried silently

Novul looked at Silon "Are you ok?"

"Fine..." Silon said before surrounding himself in darkness

"Oh boy..." Novul said before looking at Flash "Sorry about him... Its just whenever he thinks of how we were raised... It brings up a terrible memory"

"Was it that everyone he loved died?" Flash asked. "Hear that a lot."

Spark lightly hit Flash. "Be respectful." She hissed

Chimera frowned, sighing, "You two have much to learn about the universe."

"The thing is Chimera, we have lived away from the evils of the world for almost all our lives. Its hard to change as fast as you think we should." Novul said before looking at Flash "We saw our parents killed in front of us. We would have died too if not for the guard showing up when it was too late... We didn't always live here, but this is where we fled to in fear"
