First time houses have ever let me down [CLOSED]

Went to collect from my houses today, and no gems. Not a one. Never wiped out on 80 houses before. The odds of it happening would have to be pretty small I'd think. Made me laugh anyway.

My dark gateway coughs up the precious green resource maybe once every two weeks and its never been higher then 3 .

Yeah I am only up to 27 houses and I rarely get that same situation. I normally get 1-3 between the 27 I have.
