How long ago was back in the day? It happened to me somewhere between 09-10, after around 80. I think it's always been based on severity

There really isn't a set amount. It all depends on the reason and severity of the action. I got gnorc'd when I had no active MMs, and the gnorc had nothing to do with any prior MMs and was based solely on why I deserved it.

No set amount. You can easily be suspended despite having no MMs at the start if your behavior warrants it. And there's no amount where you automatically get suspended.

That said if we look and you have like 50 MMs at once we're probably going to question it.
