Well obviously it's fake lol.

If it is fake, then there are no ways. How do you expect to post our ways if there aren't any?

yo dudes, I have an old cartridge of SM64DS which I have 100% and done many tricks to get Waluigi at the end. Here's how to do it!

You must have all stars in the game and have beaten bowser after, otherwise this will not work:

1. Copy your save file to File C. If this file is already in File C, you don't need to worry about it.
2. Load File C with all of your stars, walk into the castle and stay along the path. You have to start over entirely if you touch any grass.
3. Go to Wing Mario Over the Rainbow and re-beat that level six times without dying
4. Talk to the Toad near the clock two times, at the third time, the dialogue will say "Waluigi Number One". This means you're doing the right things so far.
5. Go back out of the castle and climb any tree. There is a trigger tree that is randomized within the castle entrance map. If you touch the trigger tree, you will hear "Here we go!"
6. Now touch Mario's head on the touchpad 13 times. You will hear another "Here We Go" if you have done it correctly.
7. Reset the DS and reboot the game
8. You will see your file has 200 stars. Erase that save file.
9. Now start a new game on File C. You will see peach appear with the letter. After Peach says her name at the end, and before the letter disappears on the screen, remove the game cartridge from the DS.
10. Turn on your DS once again, you will see a purple and yellow DS logo to the theme of Waluigi. This is proof you are getting closer.
11. Put a different DS cartridge into the DS and load it. It will be SM64 and not the game you picked, but this time, the menu head is replaced with Waluigi's head. This does not mean you have gotten him though.
12. Push the DS buttons in the correct order: B A Y B X R X L A START. You will hear Waluigi saying his name when you do it. If you fail, you have to start this whole procedure over again and the game will crash.
13. Go to the save files. You will see File C has 999 stars. Load that save and you will see yourself in the menu of Rhythm Heaven.
14. All Rhythm Heaven minigames are unlocked. Play all ten remixes and get superb on them all in order. If you get OK or worse, you have to start over.
15. Once Remix 10 is Superb, the game will immediately switch to Pokemon Platinum, where you will appear in a random space in Route 210. Go into tall grass and wait for a wild pokemon.
16. You will see a Darkrai attack in the wild pokemon battle, however you have no pokemon. Do not attack Darkrai, instead point the selection at "Run" and push < ^ > V ^ < V > and THEN select Run. You will see the dialog become "Got purple safely".
17. Again the game will switch, but it is not a game. The song All About That Bass will play on the DS while the screen is black. Leave the DS like this on high volume for 47 minutes. Altering the volume at any time will reset the time counter.
18. After 48 minutes, another song will play: Pinkie Pie's Smile Song. Leave this on high volume for 29 minutes while pushing A at least once every second.
19. After 29 minutes, the music will stop and the DS will shut down. Now put back the SM64DS cartridge in the DS and load it up. You will see everything looks reset as if you didn't do anything.
20. Load your save file. Walk to the character room. You don't have to worry about any rules on the way.
21. You will see the door on the far right have a purple frame with Waluigi's L at the top. It appears you have finally done it! Open the door and you will see Shrek come out. The screen will turn black, and you will hear goopy sounds, mario yelling, and Shrek saying "It's all ogre now". Congratulations, you have been shrekt.

I am legally obligated to post in any topic regarding Waluigi, but I think this would be better as a Forum Game or something.

1) Open the DS.
2) Close the DS.
3) Throw your DS upwards and keep it in the air for 2.47 seconds.
4) Catch the DS.
3) Spin the DS anticlockwise 1537 times in 684 minutes, then spin it clockwise 6854 times in 7647 minutes.
4) Insert SM64 into the DS.
5) Open System Settings.
6) Go to "Brightness Settings"
7) Click + 43 times, then click - 76 times.
8) Hold your hand out in front of you.
9) Turn 36.34 degrees to the left.
10) Take the SM64 cartridge out of the DS.
11) Pray to Shrek.
12) Sing "What does the Fox say" 42 times.
13) Turn 56.85 degrees to the right.
14) Throw the SM64 cartridge out of the nearest window.
15) Buy a new SM64 cartridge.
16) Repeat steps 9, 4, and 11 (in that order).
