what does it mean when a game has aged poorly/good

Well when a game is compared to it's sequel or reboot, it's either aged poorly or good.

When it's aged poorly, it means it's too old to have fun with, or it's just really out shadowed by it's sequel/reboot. Or to other games during the time

If it aged good like some cheese, it's actually a fun to play anytime type of game.
