I think the dragon who was the best moving except Spyro is Chronicler. Look at his face , he is blinking and his eyebrown is moving good way too. If he is moving all is perfectly done !

Yea he walk and move everything , look again at the cutscenes and you'll see it's different. Or the how he lay , sit , wake up , blink ... Take a look at it ! smilie
