He had an account elsewhere, not here. He has zero gems so he could have been here earlier in the week, but still, telling the admin 8 times in that short amount of time is overkill.

No it's not. I do that constantly. It implies sarcasm and incredible confusion. It's stupid to say something you dislike is stupid to a person who likes it, it's their choice.
