Neo Cortex Causes Cosmetic Surgery Levels To Rise

Remembered the Pakistan McDonalds ad and found a website that looked interesting to use, so I used it to make a mock article about Neo Cortex. It lets you make a fake article about stuff, e.g. about Darkspyro, video games, a fashionable Neo Cortex etc.
