has anyone else here gotten good old "rare" skylanders at gamestop, just wondering.

I found many legendaries there. Also other hard-to-find variants, like Polar Whirlwind, Pumpkin Eye Brawl, and some dark figures.

I could get cores there for $3, that's 66% off and a better value than the $10+ boxes on the shelves.

I just found a Boomer for $2.99 at EBGames (Canada), and all the GameStop locations yesterday seemed to have Ghost Roaster but he was $17.99 (which is cheaper then he used to be)

I saw Boomer yesterday at Gamestop. He was bundled with someone else, don't remember who. Think they were selling them for $12 together. Honestly though, the only Forgotten 8 Skylander I would ever buy is Sunburn: gotta have my dragons.

Sunburn is still easy to find, though. I've seen Dragon's Peak for $10 brand new at Toys R Us. They even have it to order for $10.80 with free ship to store at Walmart.com.

I'm pretty sure Boomer is almost always pared with an S1 Trrigger Happy.

I've heard of someone get a used Scratch fir $7-$9 at Gamestop.
