What is the worst thing that ever happened to you. It could be trying a food or your first bf or gf. ANYTHING! The worst thing that happened to me was that time a kid got gum in my hair my hair was long and we had to cut it all off and i had short hair for a while.

Ok, so I was gonna go on a boat trip when I was 7. My family was coming with me, but for some reason we took a smaller boat out to sea to the bigger boat. I was the first of my family to go on the boat, so as soon as I got on, the man said "OK, no more people on the boat" and sent the boat off. I was super scared, and my dad was shouting at the man asking him to take the boat back, but the man didn't speak much english, so he didn't understand. I went off to sea for 40 minutes with no one that I knew (thats how long it took for another boat to come with my dad on it), and all the adults on board were offering me beer and stuff.

I'll never forget that.

My life hasn't really been awful, so the worst thing to ever happen to me hasn't happened yet, I think. I could name some things that I wish didn't happen, but compared to what the future probably holds, these things are trivial.

I dwell on the past a lot and make myself miserable because of it so I often try to forget to save myself the stress and anxiety.

Physically, falling down the stairs, getting a concussion and not being able to stand up without falling at that moment.

Mentally, growing up with a messed up family where my sister would run away many times, leaving our family depressed and crying for the nights we couldn't find her.
