Some animals are pretty scary. But what I like to know, is why did the dog on the thumbnail of the video looked like they were starving? Honestly I kind of don't like seeing dogs showing their rib cages and spines like that, if not genetically like that.

Big dogs like Great Danes tend to have several health issues, especially in the stomach area. They can't be overfed otherwise they could get sick or worse. Slightly seeing the ribs is actually a good thing, even though it may not seem like it.

Well yeah it's also normal in grey hounds. But I don't think a bit of the dog's spine should be noticeable when on skinny dogs that have a little bit of ribs showing.
