Story: In a cave in Sinnoh, this Pokemon was a trouble maker. It was digging holes all over the place. Soon Cynthia caught this Garchomp and used it as her elite partner. Later Cynthia passed away and Garchomp saw no meaning to just dig holes. Instead he became a hero.

No. They can be any dragon e.g. Blue Eyes White Dragon from Yugioh or even sparx the dragonfly
