"And you appear to be outnumbered, and most likely outpowered, it's best you start." Chimera frowned.

(I'm just going to say that the dark gem got broken.)

ooc: he hasn't i forgot to mention that he has been hving some strange dreams for a few months and he may have seen Chimera in them.

Durza growls knowing that she's right so he answers saying "well since this is a new life it makes sense to live it with a new name. Call me Durza. son of none"

Kihei looked at Durza "I'm Kihei" He said

"Well aren't you just a ball of sunshine." Vexx said to Durza. "Call me Durza, son of none." Vexx said in a mocking tone

"I'm Chimera and that's Vexx." Chimera made no comment to Vexx.

"Glare is my name." Said light and ice dragon replied.

Durza glared at Vexx and says "If you want a fight all you had to do was ask Vexx" he turns to Chimera and says "It is nice to meet the rest of you though." Durza begins to relax and drop his guard.

Kihei walked over to Durza "Its nice to meet you as well" He said

Velia too simply stared at Durza, not saying a word and holding a guarded expression even as Avia and Aneitha introduced themselves as well, though she did glance at Vexx with a brow raised. "You know, you could at least pretend to have a sense of tact. As you can see it can be the difference between making a friend or an enemy out of someone." She said to him, tail twitching.

Durza heard this and says "I'd listen to her if I were you Vexx. She know what she's doing."

Vexx shrugged. "Eh, they usually do. I still don't listen." He said with a broad smile.

Durza goes up to Shade and says "you still haven't told me your name."

Velia gave a small grin at Durza's comment, slightly pleased, and then shook her head slightly at Vexx. "With that attitude I'm alittle surprised you aren't dead. But then. perhaps I've just met too many dangerous beings with hair-trigger tempers..."

Durza backs up and says "easy now. Last time i checked i'm not even a threat to a butterfly."

Durza nods and says "well i hope i can get the chance to gain your trust seeing as how i don't even know how to fly."

Durza stands in stunned silence completely embarrassed about revealing that he didn't know how to fly on accident.

Vexx looks at Velia and pretends to be offended. "Surpised I'm not dead? I'm offended. I'll have you know I could make friends and could be normal if I wanted."

If Isis could, she would go over and slap Vexx for being rude, but this dark gem needed to be destroyed

Kihei walks up to Durza "Don't mind him, how about you tell me about yourself buddy" He said with a smile

Durza looks at Kihei and says "their isn't much to tell. about a year ago I was out walking minding my own business then a portal opened up. i emptied my pockets and charged into it head first, next thing I know I wake up in the middle of no were with a new body and I've been stuck wondering around by myself for about a year and I come across you guys. That just about sums up my life story really."

"New body?" Kihei asked "What were you?"

Durza smiled sheepishly and said "I was once human. but hey skrew being human! I mean I wouldn't give this up for anything." Durza then frowns and says quietly in a sad tone "but what's the point of having wing if you can't fly?"

Chimera blinked, looking at Durza with curiousity, "Well, wouldn't have seen this coming."

Durza looks at her confused and says "which part? the part about me being human once or the part about me not knowing how to fly?"

"You can't fly? Jeez... This kid is weird." Vexx said. He then smiled. "Better learn how soon, or you won't be alive."

Durza glares at Vexx saying "well it's not my fault no one thought me how to fly for the whole 1 year I've been a dragon."

"Did you ever ask?" Vexx asked

"I could help you buddy" Kihei said with a smile "Do you know how to flap your wings?"

Durza ignores Vexx, considering that these are the first people he's meet in a year, he turns to Kihei and says "well i haven't really tried it. now's a good of a time as ever." as Durza opens his wings he attempts to flap them but in doing so he gets a cramp in his left wing. "OWE! cramp!"

Durza nods and takes a few deep breaths. He then carefully opens his wings wide and begins to flap them slowly.

Vexx frowns. He looked around him and walked over to Chimera. "When are we moving out? We can't waste our time teaching a dragon how to fly."

with a hard mighty flap Durza takes to the sky and slowly flies over to Vexx and says "you better watch it Vexx or else." and with another strong flap he ascends to the trees wooping with joy with how much fun it was.

Chimera sighed, "Well, we should be ready to go after the next Key very soon ... I think."

"Yeah, according to the map, the Fire Key is somewhere on this volcano." Glare confirmed.

from the distance Durza didn't hear much but he did hear the word fire and decided to join them. it was better then doing nothing. after touching down he asks "mind if I join you on your journey?"

"The more the merrier" Silon said

Durza smiles and says "awesome" he then looks at the volcano and says to Vexx "race yea" and takes to the skies to get a head start.

Vexx looks at Durza fly and he shakes his head. "If we fail, I blame him." Vexx said to everyone.

Chimera and Glare led the way.

Meanwhile, Wrath watched the group quietly, hidden from view.

Velia yawned, swiping her mane out of her face as she followed. "There's more to flying than just gaining height and flapping your wings, but I guess he has potential."

Avia grinned, bounding over to walk beside her sister. "Now this will be far more preferable to the bottom of an ocean."

"Oh dear." Aneitha murmured in contrast, frowning slightly. "I hope such a place won't hinder me."

Durza smirks at Vexx saying "come on slow poke what's the matter? can't keep up?" then wanting more then anything to go faster he flaps his wings harder and harder until he felt a surge of power coarse through him as he unknowingly uses his electricity to go as fast a a bolt of lightning and in a flash of light he shots ahead nearly crashing into the volcano.

(That speed should be enough to kill him. Nice RPing with you. Lol)

Vexx sighs. "Is he trying to form a rivalry with me over a few words? And people say I hold grudges..."

ooc: maybe but hey it would be pritty funny to see the look on his face when he nearly crashes into the volcano lol.

once he saw that the volcano was getting dangerously close he did his best to stop himself but by just barley. seeing that he was the first one their he decides to land and wait for the others to arrive never realizing that he just used an element.

"Well, you started it" Silon said

(Got to be careful there, he did seem to be a bit much on the speed, and the distance. Also ...)

"Why are you landing Durza? I wouldn't expect to find the Fire Key on the outside." Chimera said, still airborne.

"Started what?" Vexx asked. "I was just trying to talk to him."

Durza looked at her and said "I was just waiting for you guys and I have no idea what a 'Fire Key' is or even what it looks like."
