To be fair though, we can't really expect people to want to make videos about users that they don't know anything about, or ones that they don't really care about for that matter. It makes sense that everybody's just going to talk about their friends.

1. List users that showed interest on having opinions of them stated on a Google Doc.
2. Assign them all numbers.
3. Get a random number generator, then give oppinions on the user who's number matches the RNG number.

Of course, there's no way we can actually verify that the video-maker does this, unless of course they can screen share the Random Number Generator while they make the video. >.>
