My biggest record was 2 weeks. And then I failed cause I have an obsession of changing avatars. Don't ask... I get bored. Wait, maybe it was 4 weeks..

A month.

Half a year.

I had Aunt Jemima for a good period of time...

I can't recall ever using any for more than a weekish. My overly stuffed avatar folder would agree.

I have had my current avatar at least since the year 2008. And if I recall correctly, I may have changed to this avatar in the late 2007. But I have had this avatar at least for shade under 7 years in 100 % certainty.

2 months.

A week or two. It's funny because a while ago I'd change my avatar like three times a day, I just couldn't stick to one.

My longest was 2 years (which was the awesomely awesome loading avatar gif)

Uh, a long time, a really long time.

Yeah, I am not in possession of knowledge about another user who has had as long avatar longevity that I have. I guess that our administrator has had his avatar since the first day of the site but out of usual users I haven’t seen another person who has kept one’s own avatar the same time period as me. I just think that it is better to choose avatar that fits and keep it as long as possible so one can be identified as easily as possible.

I just switch between my usual two~ Spyro, and the 11th Doctor~

I had this majesty for 2 months over the winter...

The longest was two months, with the Teslo avatar. If you asked me on Wikipedia, it would be a totally different story. I have never changed my avatar from Skyward.

On some other sites, however, I know I haven't changed my avatar for about a minimum of three years or so. Or since sign up. >.>

I do believe I've only used two avatars during my time here.

Uh, i can't really remember. I think the longest was either a month, or a month and a half.

dark actually did have another avatar. The TEN concept art for Spyro and Sparx during the year the game was coming out. As for me, I just switch 'em around at the start of the year, I guess. *shrug*

Also, he switched it to Ripto during last year's April Fool's.

I think I've had this for about a month, with one brief switch. I'm thinking of changing it to something from the Donkey Kong cartoon to celebrate it being released on DVD.

I've had this avatar since I joined, which was about a year and seven months ago.

Let's see... I changed out of this one in December to switch to a Christmas version of it for the holidays, then changed back later, so my record's about two months.

I seem to remember having my old "sleepy fennec fox" avatar for quite some time though. Remember this little guy?



Beyond that, I have no idea.

The one I currently have now I had for about a year, more or less, starting January 2014 and ending November-December-ish. 2014.

I've had this one for ages

I think I've had this one for a couple of months, but I don't really want to change it and I have no idea what I would want to change it to. Anyway, I keep my avatars for about 5-6 months.

A month I think. It was a Pinkie Pie one. Can't remember which of the hundreds was it.

Though, technically my longest hold was 2 years. When I went inactive. It was some Atari ****.

I had my ShadowMewX one from since I was a Green Sparx to I think my mid-Gold Sparx. I think that equates to a little less than 2 years? I remember quite a couple people flipping out when I changed it the first time. X3 Now I've been changing it every few months.

I had that Doc Brown one last year for like 4-5 months i think.

Almost 2 years now. ( on the 6th of March )
