Frozen is still the "#1 movie of the year" or whatever and it's been out for a year, Disney, like, WTF

Overrated.

But it was one of the best or better movies of 2013.

It borrowed a lot of concepts from other movies, like the Lion King is the best example I can think of. In plot wise, they just mixed things a bit. You have that one song that tells you "I don't give a **** anymore" (Hakunamatata and Let it go). You have that one ass who wants to take over the kingdom even if it involves homicide (Scar and Hans). When that one main character leave (Simba and Elsa) their kingdoms become terrible in condition until they return.

And there's more, but I'll just leave you guys with the ones that are pretty huge.

I think Frozen was quite good and believe me I know what it is like living with people obsessed with it.While Tangled and Big Hero 6 are better Frozen is still one of the most eye catching movies based on sheer scenes(Elsa building her castle was like wow)and I thoroughly enjoyed the soundtrack.Also:

Really though.

1. They are both straight
2. Anna is with Kristoff...
3. THEY. ARE. EFFING. SISTERS.

The animation is top notch, but the characters are generic (or just outright bad in some cases - Anna and Hans are absolutely terrible characters, Elsa is borderline), the plot is incredibly simple and run of the mill, the themes are nowhere near as deep as people claim, and anyone with basic knowledge on music theory can tell you that the songs are INCREDIBLY generic with straight up recycled chord progression, Let It Go being the biggest offender.

It's an inoffensive flick at best with some decent humour at times, just with top of the class animation. However, it became "offensive" to me when people started blowing it up to be way, WAY more than it actually was. If it weren't for all of the merchandising and the fact people won't just let the movie die, then this would easily be one of the most forgettable flicks out there, but fans constantly shoehorning it everywhere (GET YOUR ELSA COMPARISONS AWAY FROM MY ROSALINA, THEY ARE LITERALLY NOTHING ALIKE), prevents me from forgetting about it's existence.

It was decent, but lackluster for Disney movie standards. I wasn't as entranced by it as everyone else seemingly was. I just wish people would stop talking about it all together, both haters and fans, at least until the sequel comes out.

it hate it whenever someone says 'let it go' now, there is always someone who sings the song.
well it happens at my school anyway

and i hate how people think it's now the best movie from disney, clearing forgetting about the lion king (and other 2D disney classics, which i think most of them are better and unbeatable)

And I know they're going to let this movie into the next Kindgom Hearts game, and more than likley make them sing Let it Go.... so not looking forward to that. If they let Frozen in, which they will due to its fame, they better let Big Hero 6 in.

however i do appreciate the fact that disney decides for once to make 'true love' as sister love, and i do appreciate the fact that I didn't except Hans to be a villain. in other words i appreciate the fact that the movie has unexpected plot twists

the song has apparently made it into a just dance game, with anna and elsa as characters

i also admit that olaf was a good comic relief. he and elsa were good characters. unfortunately more screen time was on anna than her more interesting sister.

A Big Hero Six level in Kingdom hearts would be awesome. The Frozen should be like the Fantasia level in DDD.

This. Removed from all the praise is a so-so flick.

And I think Elsa is a really terrible character. She causes crippling winter, does nothing to fix it, blatantly says she doesn't care about what it did to anyone in her song, but still gets an unsatisfying, unrealistically quick happy ending. Waitwaitwait, she did that because of her uncontrollable ice powers, which she can instantly handle at the end for no apparent reason? Maybe, but a couple of years ago, I did something horrible and pushed everyone away like Elsa. I have Asperger's, but I'm not just blaming it on that. I'm taking responsibility for it, because while my disorder did affect my actions, they were ultimately still my actions and I could've done something different.

I haven't seen it yet. My little cousin heard that I hadn't seen it and she owned it, so she asked if I wanted to watch it. I said "That sounds fun!" So someday I'll see it. Whenever she decides to come along with her mother when her mother is coming to visit us.
