I was just referring to what happened with another user a while ago. He was always asking for friends and trying to hook up with every girl he met, but he wasn't so good at it.

Recently he got banned (not because he was asking for friends, don't worry about that), and now you are here asking for friends.
I'm pretty sure you aren't him though, because you've made your account well before that happened.

But anyway, I'll let you know that asking for friends isn't a good way to make friends. You have to talk to people to make friends.
