There's a charity videogaming marathon going on right now called Games Done Quick which is an event on raising money by providing game speedrunning entertainment; the event is streamed through Twitch.tv and has been running since 2010.

• There's is an upcoming event on the original Spyro the Dragon this Friday (2014 January 09).
  
• The event takes place at 5:02AM PST.
  
• The estimated completion time of this speedrun is 1 hour and 35 minutes.
