Yeah... all I can clearly see is the white Katakana at the bottom of each. I would try to get it into romaji for you, but there's a couple of characters I can't particularly make out which those few characters could completely change the meaning of it.

Alright, roughly what does it seem to say? And *sigh* I wish people in Japan will take better quality pictures

edit: If there is a way to read the latest corocoro online it would possibly work. Since this is from corocoro after all

The top: ? itokakuntaa (I can't make out the first character, maybe "Ke")
The bottom: Wan • Toku • Wan
