Small island unlocks? [CLOSED]

Do they all unlock with the purchase of the bottom one or do you have to unlock each one separately? If separately do they increment in cost or are each at the same price point as the first? I am hitting 41 shortly and trying to determine finances.

Sheep island unlocks for 25 000 000 at level 41

Troll island unlocks for 30 000 000 at level 42

The price goes up 5 million for each one, available 1 per level until 45. Sugar bat island cost 35,000,000.

each comes with "capture 100 [name of island]" quest so save as many mobs as you can. reward is 100,000XP

50million for final island

Its not really that much for your current level . My town hall produces about 29 000 xp I think ?
