The kids had a blast.
I was actually surprised he lasted 3 rounds (17 kids = 51 battles).
The Ignitor Sword still works after all that.

I was going to use a stick but found the Ignitor Sword for $5 at Ross the week before the "Battle of Kaos".
On the last round, I broke out the stick and allowed all the kids to get one whack with no blindfold.
Kaos had no chance.

That they did, the body was made out of 3 USPS Flat rate boxes. Each box was filled with candy, each kids bag was filled to the rim. My oldest son was wearing gloves so he did not get rope burn.

Actually, it was on the Living room couch for a month. I am surprised it lasted that long since my wife had a few nights walking in the house he (Kaos) startled her. The day after the Battle she even told me that she missed him.

The eyes are made out of half circle foam balls and permanent markers.

It's supposed to be misleading: it's a joke! Looks like the kids must have had a blast! I'll have to rig up something like this someday for one of my class parties. The boys in my class would love being able to do something like this!
