So glad the Dark Edition of SSC wii u version comes with a Skymiibo Donkey Kong. That lowers my day one price to about 165$ (100 for dark edition, and 65 for 3DS starter to get Stealth Elf and Skymiibo Bowser)

Bought Zero Suit Samus off of eBay a while ago and she finally came in the mail today! Now I have 7 amiibos! (Kirby, Link, Yoshi, Fox, Ness, Lucario, and now Zero Suit Samus!)

I don't get how a DLC Character Amiibos will work like Mewtwo. You need to get the DLC of Mewtwo to use the Amiibo or...it can be used without getting Mewtwo?


Like unlockable characters, you'll be able to use it only as an amiibo I assume, unless they package a DLC code for both systems with the amiibo.



Well we have to wait when the Mewtwo Amiibo to come out to find out.

I just tried ordering Bowser Jr. I've been trying for an hour. Unfortunately whenever it comes to entering my card's details the browser just crashes. Now, after around 20 attemps I am suspend from the website as apparently I'm a 'bot' and I have to contact customer services to get my account reactivated. Brilliant. Absolutely fantastic.

Did you not try different browsers?

Chrome, safari and Internet Explorer.
I first tried ordering on my PC, it kept crashing. Then I tried my phone, still crashed and finally I actually tried using the Wii U, it didn't crash but I was loading for about 30 minutes before I gave up. Oh well, I'll just go in store tomorrow to pick it up. That's if it's still in stock (the in-store stock checker says that it is).

Well, I've essentially obtained 2 of each rare Amiibo already. Quite happy with that, although I still need a regular Samus (not Zero Suit), since she's vanished from shelves.

Waiting on Bowser Jr., Olimar and Dr. Mario. Hang in their freedom fighters, the war is almost over and I'm happy to see that the Amiibos are actually getting closer to getting easier to obtain. By the end of this year, the Amiibo Wars will be over, at least I hope so.
