GameStop said it was coming soon a few weeks back, is there any news on when he'll be up for preorder?

At one point a GameStop employee found it in the computer, but its no longer there. In Canada we can pre-order both at EBGames (Gamestop) and they are both on the website. It's weird to have it this way, normally we don't have things till the very last minute despite the companies being the same!

The GS Manager told me (When I Pre-Ordered Spyro) that Chop-Chop will be ready for Pre-Order in October (One each month)

I bet they're gauging production numbers of the Elite figures based on the number of preorders for the first figure (Elite Spyro). They're obviously going to be inflated because of scalpers preordering them by the bunches, but GameStop doesn't care as it still means dollar signs to them. At a price point of $25 plus tax, I don't see scalpers or resellers making much money off of these and I foresee releases after Elite Spyro collecting dust since 499/500 collectors would have their kids play a $10 or less Spyro or Chop Chop or buy a new Trap Team core rather than invest in a $25 glorified super figure. I just don't think there is that much of a market out there of big spenders for Skylanders.
