So what I'm gonna do is make a new ___ vs. ___ every week just for fun on Straw Poll, should be interesting to see what wins what. Each link will be posted in this topic every Tuesday. Please feel free to leave suggestions for future polls or say why you voted for what you voted for.

Regular Show is far better. Haven't watched it in ages, went on a binge where I watched the first two season's in a day or two and then haven't seen much of it since.

Considering the fans of Adventure Time out number Regular Show by quite a lot, Adventure Time will obviously win.

Regular Show. I haven't seen a lot of AT but the episodes that I have seen didn't interest me and the characters annoyed me, if anything

Regular Show.
I like Adventure Time but I really started losing interest in the episodes after Season 2. They're still a lot of episodes from the later seasons I enjoy, but I still prefer Regular Show over it. smilie

most of its episodes are good

some of adventure time's episodes are way better than regular show though

those episodes when it tries to have a plot but they make it so stupid while they do it its amazing

I haven't sat down to watch a complete episode of Regular Show, but I don't necessarily dislike it. I do however prefer Adventure Time

Well Regular Show easily beat Adventure Time 7 votes to 3, to my surprise actually, but yeah, it's a great show and congratulations to it. ^D^
This week we'll be continuing our animation theme with Disney's Gravity Falls vs. another one of Cartoon Network's greats, Steven Universe.
I voted for Adventure Time last week and Steven Universe this week.

Well at one point it was a close one, but Gravity Falls won with 8 votes to Steven's 5, congratulations to the show. c:
This week we'll be once again continuing the TV theme with two shows by the same people, but which one do you personally prefer?

I prefer TLA's characters and storyline, but LOK's darker themes.

Both are cool and I prefer Korra, but that show goes way too far. The show is way too controversial with each new season and it gets too extreme. To think a Nickelodeon show could have communism and terrorists is just too much for a US show and needs to cool off the realistic violent moments.

I prefer TLA.

Mainly because I much prefer TLA's characters, the story, and it has a lot of great episodes that TLK can't compare to. And it's ending was freaking fantastic. I do however prefer TLK's darker themes.

I like both, but I prefer A:TLA.

I prefer the characters in A:TLA, there is a lot more character development in A:TLA compared to LoK, plus there isn't any dumb love triangles as well and A:TLA has incredible story telling & humor. Plus the ending was the best ending I could have hoped for and even the filler episodes in A:TLA were amazingly good.


With that being said I do like LoK a lot and the book 3 finale for LoK was seriously good, but it still doesn't top the book 3 ending for A:TLA. I also like the darker themes portrayed in LoK and the animation, plus I really like Korra as a character.

except i never liked that questions were left answered at the end of TLA (like the deal with zuko's mother). I know they're revealed in the comics, but I can't access the comics. :(
