Assuming we count characters outside of comics, in which case we might as well go with superpowered females

Haruka (Noein, a quantum-powered reality and time warper)

Xion (Kingdom Hearts, basically a clone created from the memories and emotions of a boy towards the girl he loved, thus taking on a female form, illusions, Keyblade powers, and an ultimate form with armor and wings)

Namine (Kingdom Hearts, capable of rewriting memories, and if she's messed with someone's memories enough, she can erase their minds with a simple scream)

Korra (Legend of Korra, she's the avatar and you gotta deal with it, advanced elemental controls, spiritual powers, and capable of temporarily ascending into a godlike state)

Kosagi (Noein, along with numerous phantom-like quantum powers, she specializes in ranged energy attacks)

And the list goes on
