Swapping an iOS code for an Android code? [CLOSED]

I recently upgraded my old phone and saw that Battlegrounds was available for my new phone! It's only $7, so it's not a huge deal, but I have purchased two of the iOS starters (regular, GS exclusive) and imported an LG starter - so I have three unused Battlegrounds codes. Anyone found a way to convince someone at Activision into swapping an iOS code for an Android code?
