Part of me wants to say you should be kinder and more respectful to your mother.

Over time (when no one's around to avoid social degradation if that means anything) act increasingly subservient and slightly fearful (if your parents are abusive monsters then chances are this won't have much of an effect on them, thankfully I imagine most the users here don't have truly abusive parents. And no, not letting you party doesn't count as abuse), basically almost traumatically freaked out by them. Make your default response a slightly meek "Whatever you want" or "Um anything's fine" when they ask you something, and so on.

Please note that is a joke, doing the above well enough (or maintaining it for a long time) could result in seriously hurting your parents' hearts and making your mother cry. So shame on you.
