Friends help to restore my Kindomg [CLOSED]

Hi there!
Now I need a little help from those I sent gifts everyday...
My game reset to level 1 and Actvision support is asking me for a screen capture of my kingdom.
Could any of you travel to my kingdom an send me a screen capture?

Crushlander is my nick... smilie

Hope to recover all I built in all this months... smilie

Sorry, we're not friends in game. Did you make sure to log on to Activate in game? Every time I had that problem, logging in fixed it.

OMG It's BACK!

I had problems to reset the password in my Activate account at the IPAD and... I tried to do it form the PC and... password reset and finally my loved kingdom is back. dirty but with all the things on it !

Regards to all of you... I'll send gifts to all my 98 friends list...

Hooray!! Glad to hear that everything has worked out!

After having more than one corruption issue triggered by visiting, I have completely sworn off doing it, so was hoping someone else would offer to visit and get pictures. Sorry - I know that doesn't make me a very good island friend.

The next time anything happens to my island, that will be it for me. My Activate account is linked to an e-mail account of my husband's that he no longer has access to.

Awesome. Logging in is usually the problem in that situation.
