My older sister has been a lot of trouble over the past few years. She throws tantrums and gets confrontational with every moment she can. She adores attention and likes to bicker with people at any moment she can.

I've been having to deal with her for way too long, and its been pissing me off. Usually, I'm a really laid back person. But she absolutely loves to start trouble and put a ton of stress on my mother and I just won't put up with that. My mom has had several problems since she divorced my dad, and she doesn't need to deal with a manipulative brat.

My sister decided to start screaming at my brother because all my brother asked was "when will you be done with the bathroom" and all this bull ****. So I decided to try and intervene and ask why she was so mad.

And randomly, she says in a horrible tone:

You look like a Mexican. Shave your beard and take off the hat.

Ladies and gentlemen, I haven't shaved in a week. All I have is a short beard, nothing gross and nothing that would freak out normal people. And for the hat? Its just a hat I decided to wear because my mother purchased it thinking about me.

Where the hell does my sister get off like this? Its absolutely insane, and she acts like this ALL THE TIME. Me and a friend were planning on moving into an apartment soon, but he had to bail out. But screw it, I'm just going to move into an overpriced small dorm for my first two terms of Uni. I can't stand living at home with this bull ****. I hate seeing my mom being manipulated by my sister, and I hate putting up with my sister.
I am going to move out as soon as I can, which would be when winter term starts.

I'm sorry for venting, but god damn. And please no "/blog" posts. They don't help and it's not a good contribution to a thread like this.

Edit: I forgot to mention that she told me looking like a Mexican was a problem to her. I am pale white anyways, so wtf?

Divorces are tough on the whole family, especially younger children. Maybe that has something to do with it? I knew a friend who was in a similar situation and her younger sister would throw tantrums and it got to the point of it being physical. It didn't really help that her mom was also trying to re-marry and she didn't like her step dad.

I don't really know what to tell you or how to help you but I'm sorry that you have to deal with this stuff. It's not really fair for anyone. I'm sure that once she gets older and she understands a little more then things will get better.
