There's a new Aquarium in the store, it looks like a giant fish bowl with some jellyfish floating around in it. I picture Punk Shock doing some underwater spear fishing with her crossbow.

Definatly meant for the veteran players who have nothing left to buy with their gems.

Kingdom XP is a very low priority mission for me friend karo . Saving gems for Rufus anyways .

Considering I bought 2 windmills just for the xp boost it seemed to give me, this is very tempting as it's a much better building for xp. But now I have to wonder if I feel like buying it, just yet. I have 4700+ gems, so I could easily afford it, and since they just released a 3500 gem companion, I don't see them releasing another one that big for a little while. Do I need the xp? I'm almost to 25% on level 44, so it won't be long until I hit max, but that would mean more gems the faster I can raise my xp. Plus I do like having, at least, one of everything, so I will get it eventually. I just need to figure out when I want to get it. If I want to go ahead and get it, now, or wait to see if they ever have a sale on it. They haven't had one for the windmill, yet, so it may be a while. Too bad they aren't in the wishing well like the B&Bs.

I hear. I bought a bunch of windmills just cause I had the gems. I just bought 11 aquariums thinking it would top out st 10. I was wrong. It's not done at 11 either but seriously I need to draw a line right?

That payout of gems beyond max level is not very much . Of course its helps but your main profits will come from Molekin Market i believe .

It may not seem like much, but it adds up. Definitely not as much as Molekin Market, but I've had that since it first came out. Is the gem payout from max levels worth spending 800 gems? No. But it gives me an excuse to buy it beyond just wanting one of everything If it wasn't for the gem payout at max level (even if it's only 15), I would really have to question getting it as I won't need the xp.

I got one yesterday. Very nice XP payout.

Someone needs to bite the bullet and see what's the cap for Aquariums. I'd volunteer but after maxing out all the windmills I'm rebuilding my gem stash.

I'm still managing to spend gems as quickly as I collect them, so can't even afford one Aquarium, but yes, I'd be interested to know the limit too.

So now we have a timed quest to get a water shrine and the aquarium automatically comes with a quest to earn the Thumpback statue. I was surprised no one mentioned the Thumpback statue quest before, unless they just added it to this update.

A water shrine reward is a nice incentive .

Agreed. I only have 1 water shrine atm. Thinking I should buy two more before finishing the quest, so as to not "waste" the above-cap deal. If only there were a water shrine sale before then.

Isn't it a soft cap where you can have more but the max bonus is only 30%?

It's a soft cap in the sense that you can have more, you just can't buy more once you've got three. Anything above three you can only earn through quests. And yes, I believe only the first three give you bonuses to gold, energy produced from crops, etc. So when you match the element of the day, you get the 10% bonus for the day plus (up to) 30% bonus for the shrines.

Edit: I stand corrected - just checked and the bonuses keep going up as you have more shrines, so 5 shrines gives you 5X the bonus.

An aquarium is an odd decoration . Those windmills kinda made more sense in my opinion .

But it does look pretty .

The shrines are a really nice bonus because they give you extra coins, energy and wish stones on the right day. Having 3 of each means you can easily get several hundred wish stones a month, so you've got more than enough to get the new alt and a hall of legends. I've got 4-6 of each element, so I've got more wish stones than I can possibly use, but they're nice when you're trying to work your way up.

I think I can still hold my excitement for the aquarium until it goes on sale.. Maybe in the next 2 months or less just like the windmill now at 33% off..
