I'm scarred of riding planes [CLOSED]

I have to ride a plane soon and I'm scared something shady happens. What do I do to help myself?

Don't be scared. I've been on a plane around six or seven times, each being around five to six hours and thirty minutes long.

I know there has been a lot going on recently, but believe me, the security at the airports have been insanely productive lately.

Just don't think about it, that helped me. Look at your phone, play a portable gaming system, read a book, and don't look out the windows.

I just had my first plane ride a couple months ago. It's a lot more rough than you would imagine. My advice is to just try and focus on different things, and try to forget that you're on a plane. The taking off part is the most scary. But then after a while, things will settle down, and it'll become less scary. Remember to bring chewing gum, because your ears will pop. If you're scared of heights, I advise you to not get a window seat lol. Also, the landing is harsh usually. Just a heads up.

I've been on at least 1 plane each year. I'm still alive.

Just don't listen to the news, they make reports as if each plane explodes on starting. It won't happen. Planes have been riding fine since your grandma can remember.

I went on a plane for the first time a couple years ago. And I was absolutely terrified of them. Though when I went on one it actually wasn't that bad. Taking off and landing can be a bit scary but its not that bad for the most part. Bring gum for when the pressure sets in during takeoff or landing. That's the absolute worst part.

When I went to visit scf7 that was the first time I had ever been on a plane. It's really not bad at all, I actually had fun. The worst part is the layover, if you have one. I thought the takeoff was quite fun, it was like a roller coaster :3 Just keep yourself occupied and it goes by pretty quick.

I hate flying, I mean, I like it, but I hate knowing something bad could happen, though the chances of something happening are lower than that of getting struck by lightning, I believe.

Those things are always messing up. I wouldn't go on a cruise even if it was free.
