Had 100 wish stones and rather than save ALL of them for next month's alter ego, I spent several.

I got the big gold payout, and was pleased that we jumped from 60,000 gold to 100,000 at level 35 or 36. But also after saying I never get anything good out of the well (I've only ever gotten the big gold payout or tavern/cocoa stand) I won a B& B and then 5 spins later got a Fishery!

When did you get your first OMG-well prize? What was it?

Hi BugMom05,

i think i throw at least 3.000 wishing stones in the well.

The most often topprizes are 100.000 gold / fishery / tavern / cocoa / tree / B&B.
I won one shrine, 1 adventure ballon, 1 radiant energy field, 1 hut. But i think this was all in my first month playing LI.
After that i never received again anything like that.

Greets,

When you get to level 36 the top gold prize changes from 60,000 to 100,000. That is when BB comes as a reward as well. Have still to win a hut.

Best OMG-well prize ever was a Life Shrine . It was won at a very very early level

No idea how many wish stones I've tossed in, but my best prize was probably 100 gems - back when the well only gave gold/energy/gems.

With the prize system, I never won a hut (although I think there was only once chance for this, as I had most by the time they started putting them in), never won a shrine, never won a radiant energy field, and only won an adventure balloon when it was my grand prize earlier this year.

I was very excited with my first B&B

I still get excited when I get a tavern or a B&B, as they are the only interesting things I get in the well any more. And I get them very rarely. Haven't gotten a B&B in 6-7 months now and maybe 1 or 2 taverns during that time (throwing a couple hundred stones each month)

I won Ninjini's house early in the game (somewhere last summer, I believe). I'm pretty sure I've won, at least, one shrine. I got all my missing alter egos (which, I believe were 4) during the first weekend they put past alter egos in the well. I've gotten several B&Bs. Lately, though, it seems to be harder to get anything. I usually get the 100,000 gold and fishery a lot on my run for the alter ego. I don't need any more fisheries, so I don't really care about them.

I totally agree that it seems to be harder to get a top prize. A few months ago I would win a B&B or a Fishery about every 50 wish stones. I would guess that I now win one about every 200 wish stones.

I remember the excitement of winning my first B&B. Didn't it just feel like winning the lottery? No? Just me then? Oh well, off to rethink my life then... smilie

LOL!! Sadly, I can relate. smilie I remember winning Hoppity Pop Fizz in the well. Early in my game, so wishing stones were a rare commodity. I hadn't been able to win Lucky Boomer the month before, and it was near the end of the month. No Luck Meter back then to increase your chances. I absolutely felt like I'd won a real lottery!

Yeah, I gave up on the Wishing Well early on because they didn't have the luck meter and I knew how rare it was to win. I actually didn't realize how well the Luck Meter worked and missed a couple months and just out of the blue tried winning Skeletal Cynder and sure enough, when I hit that top mark she came along in short order. Before then I was just saving Wish Stones (which were much harder to come by back then) for Halls of Legends.

The only "excitement" I get out of the well is winning B&B's and Taverns. The monthly alt is a foregone conclusion with the luck meter and about 200 stones.

Like I said before, I hadn't won any B&Bs or Taverns in a long time in the well. Probably inspired by this discussion I threw some stones into the well last night and won a B&B within 5 stones. That was pretty awesome!

I think the game is designed to give early level players one very good Well prize to help cement our addiction .

Gotta tell you, though...spending 5-10 wish stones every time we sit down to check in or play usually gets us the 100K gold payout or things to sell so that we gained that 700K everyday. That's how we got our first boathouse and summoning stone upgrade

3 more B&B's and a fishery since starting this thread. But no shrines-

Yes, I know they;'ve been doing 33% off shrines, but before we lost our game we had at 4 occasions to buy shrines at 50% off--and now I feel like 33% is a rip-off. so I only have 3-4 shrines total--and 3 of those came with toy-link towers!

-I'm gonna go be sad, now.
