Empty Evan's eyes aren't black, that's just his empty eye socket, when it's empty that is. He takes the eyes of his victims, puts one in his empty eye socket, andhemayormaynoteattheothereye.
And he's rather silent too, no laughing.
Plus, you ever read about a creepypasta with their weapon being a sharpened pair of scissors?
