You moved to a strange town and you decided to get a haircut. There are two barbers. One barer works at a messy place and has a bad haircut. The other barber has a clean place and has amazing hair. Which one do you go to and why?

The one with a bad haircut since cutting your own hair can be dangerous, and there's only one other barber to cut his hair.

Also, you never stated what the messy one is messy with . If it's hair, that could mean the one with an amazing haircut may have recently went to the other barber.

The one with the bad haircut. His place is probably messy because he gets a lot of customers. Nobody actually cuts their own hair, so he gets his hair cut from the other barber, who in turn gets his hair done at the messy barber's place.
