Any good GIF-makers out there? [CLOSED]

I'd like to use this

as an avatar but I don't have the patience to figure out how to scale it down to less than 40 KB without making it so small you can't see the damned thing. Any takers? smilie

Well, I attempted it!

However, if I kept all of the frames in the gif, I really have to butcher the colors for it to fit the site's limit... It's a pretty big file.

So I had to cut every other frame out to reduce the size so the color is a bit better.

Sorry that that's the best I could do. And I don't expect you to use them if you don't want to (especially the first one), so feel free not to! Seriously, it only took a couple minutes to do that, it's no big deal.

EDIT: I'm gonna have to bless only half your face - they're both still too big (the second one only by 4 KB).

RE-EDIT: The damned parenthesis made a cool-guy smiley.

Really? Huh, I swear they were at least 2 KB under when I uploaded them...
