Is 12 and it already growing armpit hair. I'm 14 and I still haven't. I'm scared as she's almost taller and me and almost weighs more.

She's just physically maturing faster than you, is all. Everyone changes at different rates, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you or her.

I used to know people 2/3rds my age who were taller and/or weighed more than me. I still do lol.

Don't worry, it's no big deal, people just age at different rates.

I'm taller than my 19 year old sister as well. She always says she's taller, but we both know it's a lie.
