In PVP Does the Wow Pow Impact Fair Fight Mode? [CLOSED]

So if there was a fully upgraded series 1 smilie and a fully upgraded series 2 smilie in PvP, and fair fight was on, would the series 2 smilie be handicapped?

I'm going to try it out after getting the Wow Pow for Mega Ram Spyro but it says "Evens out battle for Skylanders who are different level" so I don't think so.

Nope, the Wow Pow doesn't go away in Fair Fight mode.

I was mainly asking if any did more damage, but I'm sure you would notice that if it were the case. So I guess series 1s just aren't competitive for PvP.
