Here's why that isn't working:
1. You're supposed to use the same coding as you'd use for a regular image (This but no spaces: [img ][ /img])
2. You used the link for the page where the GIF is shown, not the actual GIF's link. To get the actual link, right- click on the image and select "copy image URL".

You forgot the / in the second img bracket, and you linked the PAGE where your GIF was on instead of the GIF's url. I fixed it by putting a Pokemon GIF there. To fix your problem:

Right click the image and click "copy image url"

OR

Right click the image, click "open in new tab" and copy the url at the top.
