Aside from the obvious stuff (female exclusive body parts and female butts):

Body Turn-ons

Girls that are taller than me: It's a turn off for most guys, but I for one can't get enough of tall girls. It doesn't automatically make me feel like the submissive part of the relationship at all (and even then I can switch between dominant and submissive just fine, it doesn't feel wrong to be either). And if I have to be a perv about this for a second, tall girls technically have...bigger everything in a lot of cases. Like even if their breasts (for example) don't look especially big relative to the rest of their body, they technically have a bigger chest than a shorter girl with similar proportions, because it's basically like they are a normal sized girl just scaled up to be taller in a lot of cases. You get more beautiful lady and lady parts without it looking like it is at a glance, and to me, that's a highly arousing thought for some reason. Which brings me to my next point...

Girls with fairly balanced proportions: When it comes to stuff like breast size, butt size, and even facial structure, I don't really have an inherent preference. I don't have a "bigger is better" mentality, nor do I believe smaller is better either, and I don't prefer a cute face to a mature, sophisticated face. It's all about the bigger picture to me. Everything in relation to each other. If a girl's proportions in various parts of the body compliment each other well, that's a huge turn on for me. The preference isn't awfully strict, and it doesn't mean every part of the girl has to be perfectly average (once again, really tall girls are not average - also I live in Ireland, so the average breast size is larger to me than it would be for an American). If I have to give an example, Scarlett Johansson is the most attractive female celebrity to me. It's not that her specific proportions serve as a benchmark as such, but I think the way her body is shaped is amazing, everything goes well with each other. For an example of the polar opposite, I wouldn't be nearly as attracted to a girl who was really skinny and had thin hips, but really massive breasts. However, a somewhat tall girl with small breasts, a slightly bigger butt, and a cute face as opposed to a sophisticated one, would be massively attractive to me.

For a more visual example, Atlus' "Catherine" game serves as a good metaphor - I think both Catherine and Katherine are about equally physically attractive to me, despite being pretty much polar opposites in terms of looks (left is Katherine, right is Catherine):



Blonde Hair and Bright Blue Eyes: I just think it looks really nice. Goes together really well, and kinda ties into that last turn-on. Not sure if it counts though. As they say, "blonde hair, blue eyes, and big breasts are every guy's type".

Personality turn-ons

A bit of everything: I like girls with dimension. The more dimension, the better. I probably couldn't get into an airhead girl who is excessively "teehee look at me I'm so coot! X3" and seems clingy and willing to do anything I say. But I also could not get into a girl who is overly condescending, makes everything feel like a superiority/dominance contest, and is always telling me what to do and making demands, seems distant most of the time, yet is basically trying to run my life and is overall completely overbearing and "holier than thou". I just like girls who don't feel like they fit squarely into some general stereotype. Everything in moderation. I think adorable, clingy, attention seeking personality elements can be really attractive, as can a degree of stern demeanor and mysterious distance. But just, not too much on either side. Same goes for any other "scale". Polite sweetness is great, but so can being rude, dirty, and spunky. I guess this is just another case of "everything relative to each other", like that body turn-on.

A bit of a motherly, tender side: This isn't even anything to do with wanting a kid. I just like the quality, directed towards me. This also doesn't mean I want a girl to clean up after me and stuff, nor would I put a girl to that intentionally or expect her to. But the thought that a girl might love me to a point that they might at times act like a second mother, is really appealing to me, and would give me a warm feeling in my heart. I also like the quality being exerted towards other people, like the girl's friends or her siblings, or heck, even her own parents. If there is one specific quality a girl can have that I love above all else, it's this. It sincerely means a lot if a girl displays this quality to me.

Chemistry and Bonding: Kind of a no-brainer, but I do love that feeling of really good chemistry. The girl and I get along well, we bounce off each other pretty well and conversations feel natural to the point where they might often slip into something really affectionate, intimate, and loving from a casual conversation, completely seamlessly. Such situations are great even before a relationship has started, and when I notice this is happening between me and a girl I'm friends with, it's often what starts the initial crush - it's what makes me think we could potentially end up a really nice couple if we gave it a go. It's the only one that is, to some degree, an absolute necessity. I don't need perfect base chemistry, just a decent amount.

Those are just a few examples. Probably the strongest ones.

DISCLAIMER: A girl does not need to fit these turn-ons exactly or even have any of them to any degree (besides chemistry). They are just my biggest attractions in a girl. The ones that will undoubtedly draw my attention to a girl and maybe encourage me to get to know her. However, something as simple as seeing a girl do something highly respectful can be something that would pique my interest, even though it's not much of a turn on per se.

It's also worth noting I identify as demi-sexual. So body preferences especially are absolutely not necessary.
