There is an Rufus quest as well. But the prize is not mentionable.

And finally there is a 25% discount on the golden shear and the troll lockup.

It's a pretty good deal. The troll lock-up is smaller than the prison, but the golden shear is just higher rewards for sheep. Too bad we got the upgrades when they first came out!

Ohh they also have a quest that can score you another Earth Shrine .

at this point, I should mention that hubby took the ipad to work--I'm supposed to be working on the desktop--but I keep goofing off

* Life and Air Sanctums available. (I missed the Life quest since I didn't have the Life Island opened early enough.)

Is Arbo worth it at this price?

One of the quests that Rufus gives you will get you the Valentine House (Yay!!!) but the timed quest mentioned here does indeed give you something not worth mentioning. Many of us have too many from the wishing well already.

We were not very high level when we got Arbo. At about level 20 or so, we kept finding ourselves so potion poor that we couldn't run enough sanctuaries to get enough money to buy potions
And we were still getting quests and trying to level up skylanders.
Arbo was a decent choice for us, because with kids, hubby and me checking, we played several times during the day. So we were planting crops more often. But that was the only boost we were getting from potions.

But to be perfectly honest...all the crops are only 25% shorter except Grave diggers. They are 1 hour instead of 2 (that's the only one at 50% faster) and you don't get any more. But with Dromedelions at 5 hours instead of 7, it was feasible to actually plant them 2-3 times while awake.

But the best part is pairing him with Ol' Mac--we got him on 4th of July Special. Doubling the number of potions AND getting them faster finally has us with an overage of potions

but we bought him at half price...

I mean the tavern you'll receive when buying rufus and fulfilling the other tasks.

When I got my Tavern for that task, I checked that it went into my inventory and it was the fifth one I have in storage. I've got about a dozen already out. I'd say I have enough.

It's not an extra earth shrine. It is an upgraded one. It gives 2000 gold per hour instead of 1000. It is the same size though. I was hoping it would be smaller.

My "Tavern Island" currently has 27 Taverns, so yes, I'm a member of the "enough" camp.

Pretty sure it's the same shrine. All shrines are giving 2000 today because of the Super Tuesday event (2X gold).

I will find out soon enough . It looks like an extra shrine .

Yeah the only problem was that I had to redecorate my earth island to accommodate. I probably won't place the fifth one I'm about to get. I didn't even know it was possible to get more than the limit of an item. Does this mean you can have two Tree Rex statues? I remember it being available in a timed quest.

I have 5-6 of every shrine and they take up a ton of space, but you have to love those bonuses. And I never want for wish stones...

Yes, I have 2 Tree Rex statues.

You can only buy limited items (shrines, statues, etc.) up to the maximum they state. But after that, you can earn more from quests. There's really no limit on the amount as long as they keep using them as rewards.
