Damn you elemental totems!, she says in her best planet of the apes charlton Heston voice.
This is now the third time I've bought a skylander by accident with gems at full price. Yes, I do try to blow through things quickly and absentminded while I am doing other things but it still makes me mad every time I do it. I almost want to divert all my energy towards buying guys so I don't have to do that yet a 4th time because it gets me so mad. Stupid bumble blast. There is a reason I don't have you yet.
I've got about 30 left to get. Should I go for it out of sheer frustration?

I've yet to make an accidental purchase, but I tend to do everything in life with a focus on smooth accuracy over pure speed. I've found this is often the fastest way to accomplish most tasks, ironically. In this game it really seems the faster you try to click things, the more often you have to do second or even third clicks, and that winds up costing you more time than going slower, but surer.
If you can make enough gold to spin for a couple each week, why not clear them out? It's nice having them all. ps. You do know you will get gem refunds if you enter the code/use the portal for the ones you bought in game, right? My wife misclick-bought a toon, and later that week the UPS man was knocking at our door, hehe. She wanted those gems back!

A Skylander purchase accident is way better then a "Speed Up Time" accident . This could have been worse .
Skylanders cough up gems and you can use them .

Oh I click the speed up button all the time but at least it has an undo feature and I have caught all those in time.
Good point about the gem refund. My sons are the ones who play the wii game. I just got hooked on lost islands when I was asked to babysit the game...now they have lost interest and I am still hooked. |

I just got the upgraded prison by accident today, fat fingered trying to look at the info. There is no delay or undo for that ...
Oh well was going to buy it anyways, but after July 4th, was saving for that just in case. |

I just now accidentally bought 15,000 coins for 100 gems and it makes me wish they would add a feature to turn off gem purchases

I did this exact thing the other day. I was so frustrated and still think of how many gems I should have every time I look at my numbers. |

The only fat finger mistake we made is spending gems for another wishing well chance .

My son just bought a swap skylander for full price by accident, ugh, 300 gems. I was telling him he could spin for a skylander and he got confused (he's 5). That's it...all other activities are suspended until I get all the skylanders. I really hate there is not an "are you sure you want to buy this" feature. I am positive it is by design but it is frustrating as hell.
Ugh..the coin for gem mistake really sucks though. |

At least you have the option for a gem refund on the skylander purchase, if you get the code for it. I agree, it's by design.
